We at Bopper Metal Supply stand behind our products and service 100% and make every effort to accurately pick and check your order prior to shipping. That being said, we are human, if we have mis-shipped any of your items, please feel free to contact us within 30 days of your purchase to fix the mis-shipment. Also, if you are displeased with an item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to arrange the return, refund or exchange of the damaged or defective item. After 30 days, it will be understood that you are content with the quality of the product and will assume ownership. All returned items must be returned in reasonable condition and in the original packaging.
We are no longer accepting returns of custom sized items due to the custom nature of these items. Once your order has been shipped to you they will not be accepted as a return, and you will not be refunded for your items.
Additionally, Bopper Metal Supply will now be charging a 15% restocking fee when large quantity orders are returned even on regular stocked items. We apologize for the inconvenience.
